Serj is a joy to work with. He was timely in his arrival, understood our issue quickly and provided a succinct solution. He was knowledgeable in a way that was apparent he wanted to create a result we were happy with and did not simply push the most expensive method. His methods kept our workspace safe for operations while having nearly immediate results. I hope to not have this issue again, but if we do, Serj will be my first call.
Since we cancelled our previous contract with another pest control company and now have Serj come out, we have had little mouse and spider activity. In the past years with another company we had to keep calling out for additional services because of the spider problem in our basement. Not anymore! Serj takes the time to do a thorough job and always checks in to make sure we are satisfied and don't need anything else. We highly recommend him to others and couldn't be happier.
